Let Your Voice Be Heard
YOUR OPINIONS MATTER! LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD.
For just 20 minutes of your time, you can help make programs in Kentucky better.
WHY SHOULD I SIGN UP?
Why not? Everyone has a different program or service experience and we want to hear about yours! After you finish the survey, the University of Kentucky will send you a check to thank you for your time. The amount will depend on the survey and interviewers will let you know how much you can be paid when they begin talking to you.
WHY SHOULD I TRUST THAT MY INFORMATION WILL STAY PRIVATE?
We have a Federal Certificate of Confidentiality for this project which means we can’t be forced to give out your information, even under court subpoena.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
We don’t let just anyone sign up. If you have been contacted it is because you participated in a program or service that we are interested in hearing your opinion. You have been selected to be a voice for others and your opinion is very important to us. That means we are trying hard to contact you. Even though you have been selected for the follow-up survey, everything you tell us is confidential. Your name will never be linked to what you say and we are not part of any program or service agency.
WHAT WILL I DO?
In about 6-12 months after you agreed to be contacted, we may contact you to talk to us for about 20 minutes on the phone. The phone survey will ask about:
- What you liked and didn’t like about a program or service
- What you think would have made the program or service better
- How you are doing
WHO WILL SEE MY ANSWERS?
No one. Not even your family, partner, employer or any program or service staff will know what you say. Your name is never attached to your answers so they can’t be traced back to you.
Many others just like you have already participated. JOIN THEM TODAY!
