Provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for those at risk and their loved ones.
Kentucky 211 - (2-1-1)
Free referral and information helpline that connects people to a wide range of health and human services, 24/7.
National LGBT Hotline - (888) 843-4564
Provides free peer support, listening, affirmation and referrals to all ages in the LGBTQIA+ community Monday through Friday from 4pm to midnight and Saturday from noon to 5:00 pm eastern time.

Provides 24/7 free crisis counseling for LGBTQIA+ youth 25 and under. You can also text “Start” to 678-678.
