Who are we?

Ready to take the next step in your career and train in a place where your growth truly matters? Our fellows come from across the country and around the world, bringing unique perspectives and a shared commitment to learning, advocacy, service, and research. What sets our program apart is our close-knit, collaborative atmosphere. We genuinely look out for one another, creating a community that supports you through every challenge and celebrates every win.

Whether you're drawn to Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine, you’ll join a program where your voice shapes the experience. Fellows play a key role in guiding how the fellowship evolves. If you want to train somewhere your ideas matter, this is the place. Our department and institution don’t just support graduate medical education, we champion it, creating the experiences that shape tomorrow’s healthcare innovators.

Our approach to training centers on real connection and hands-on learning. You’ll work closely with faculty who are deeply invested in your development, with daily opportunities for meaningful feedback and mentorship. Through clinical work, seminars, and one-on-one supervision, you’ll sharpen your psychotherapy skills, strengthen your diagnostic abilities, and gain the confidence to care for patients across a wide spectrum of needs, including those navigating addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions.

If you’re ready to grow, lead, and build lasting professional relationships while making a real impact, we invite you to join us. Come train in a program that equips you with a multidimensional understanding of mental illness and empowers you to make a difference throughout your career.
