Program Initiative
This facility, housed in the Biochemistry department, has the capability to produce nanobodies® (also known as single-domain antibodies [scAb]) in alpacas or llamas as well as produce recombinant proteins expressed E. coli, mammalian cells, and insect cells. These services are offered on a fee-for-service basis.
The Protein Production Facility provides services that include recombinant protein production in bacteria, yeast or insect cells as well as purification of the recombinant protein.
