Our educational mission includes teaching graduate students and undergraduates, as well as medical, dental, and other health care professionals.

The microbiology, immunology, and molecular genetics department teaches a wide variety of courses, including those required for a microbiology minor.

Several of our faculty have been recognized as "Master Teachers" for their excellence and innovation in teaching.
