About the Research Professionals (RP) Mentorship Program
The goal of the RP Mentorship Program is to cultivate a vibrant community of research professionals by providing a mentorship program that nurtures growth, innovation, and ethical research practices. Through personalized guidance, knowledge exchange, and support, we aim to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of research professionals.

- Jan 5-25: Application Period
- Jan 26-28: Application Review and Mentor/Mentee Matching
- Jan 29: Email Notification of Mentorship Pairings
- Feb 2026: Set Meeting Schedule: Mentees Responsibility
- Feb 2026: Meeting 1: Getting to Know You*
- Mar 2026: Meeting 2: Goals and Goal Setting*
- Apr 2026: Meeting 3: Resources*
- May 2026: Meeting 4: Leadership*
- Jun-Jul 2026: No meetings
- Aug 2026: Meeting 5: Upcoming Challenges*
- Sep 2026: Meeting 6: Mentor-Mentee Selected Topic*
- Oct 2026: Meeting 7: Evaluate Your Experience*
- Nov-Dec 2026: No meetings
