The goal of the RP Mentorship Program is to cultivate a vibrant community of research professionals by providing a mentorship program that nurtures growth, innovation, and ethical research practices. Through personalized guidance, knowledge exchange, and support, we aim to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of research professionals.

Program Schedule - Cohort 2

• September 9-22, 2024: Application Period
• September 23-27, 2024: Application Review and Mentor/Mentee Matching
• September 30, 2024: Notification of Mentorship Pairings
• October 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025: Mentorship Meetings (six months)
• April 2025: Applications open for Cohort 3
