Have you submitted a proposal or do you plan to do so in the next few months?

If so, please join us for Lunch at Leader on Friday, April 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to meet with the staff of the COM Sponsored Research Administrative Services office. We would like to hear about your experiences working with us on a past submission and listen to your suggestions on how we might make improvements to facilitate future submissions. If you are new to research at UK or in the COM, you can ask questions about what services are available to help with your submission. There will be an opportunity to meet and talk in person with the individuals who will provide budget development and eIAF assistance and put together the administrative components of the proposal package. Also, you can meet with the staff who’ll help financially administer your funded project and have a chance to see the type of financial reporting this office will provide. Plans are underway to repeat this event approximately 8 weeks prior to future NIH R01 deadlines. The event will be held in one of the conference rooms at 138 Leader Avenue.  To register, click here.
