Training will be offered in the College of Medicine for the new Cayuse 424 Proposal Preparation and Submission System as follows:

Wednesday, May 31, 2-3:30 p.m., BBSRB 202A
Tuesday, June 6, 2-3:30 p.m., MN363

While your COM SRAS Grant Proposal Specialist (GPS) will still be your primary contact during the proposal preparation process and will assist with many of the same aspects of proposal preparation, Cayuse 424 will offer many improvements to the proposal submission process.  In conjunction with your COM GPS, this software system will make it easier to create fully developed, compliant, and accurate proposals for submission to federal and non-federal sponsors.  There is real-time validation that is provided in easy to understand language and prompts for correction to ensure a compliant proposal the first time. The entire system is designed to make the application process less of a burden for researchers which is crucial for both the quality and quantity of proposals generated.

The Cayuse 424 User Manual can be found here.

Although not required, please let us know in advance of your interest in attending by completing the form found at this link.
