The NIH Department of Program Integrity and the Office of Inspector General is presenting a half-day session (9 AM-12 PM) on preventing potential waste, fraud, and abuse; how to be a proper steward of federal funds; and pitfalls and unintentional misuse or misrepresentation.

This training has been mandated for small companies that receive SBIR/STTR federal grants. The training is recommended for faculty that work as PI with small companies, collaborators, consultants or contractors, and UKY attorneys. The program will also be useful and informative for all researchers in the human health fields as well as anyone applying for NIH grant support who works with subcontracts and companies.

Please register for this June 27, 2016 event being held in the Biological-Pharmaceutical Building (Room BPC 124) located at 789 South Limestone.

If you have questions about the training or whether you should attend, please contact the Kentucky Science and Engineering Foundation (KSEF).
