The University of Kentucky Center of Excellence in Rural Health is excited to announce the 2024 Appalachian Research Day: Come Sit on the Porch.
This will be an in-person event on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at the Ramada by Wyndham Paintsville Hotel and Conference Center, located at 624 James S. Trimble Blvd., in beautiful Paintsville, Kentucky.
Community-based research begins at the local level, built upon the foundation of relationships with individuals, neighborhoods, and groups who have common questions and concerns. Appalachian Research Day is an opportunity to join in the discussion and learn about findings from research studies that have occurred in local communities.
