HHS Increases Salary Cap but Remains Under a Continuing Resolution

HHS continues to operate under a continuing resolution.  The NIH will continue to issue non-competing research grant awards at levels below what was stated on the most recent Notice of Award.  The salary cap was raised from $185,100 to $187,000.
