Clinical history & presentation: 22-year-old man with past medical history of hepatitis C presented with right-sided abdominal pain after ingestion of what he thought was 4  ounces of moonshine; however, it turned out to be 35% hydrogen peroxide. The patient denied chest pain, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.⁠
