New Manuscript Published in BMC Health Services Research

CHSR’s Drs. Jing Li and Mark Williams, Gaixin Du and Jessica Clouser recently published findings from Project ACHIEVE in the journal BMC Health Services Research.

Their paper, titled "Improving evidence-based grouping of transitional care strategies in hospital implementation using statistical tools and expert review," describes the ACHIEVE team’s multi-step process to identify groups of transitional care strategies for subsequent evaluation. This methodology paper provides a crucial first step to understanding which efforts employed by hospitals are associated with positive patient outcomes during transitions from the hospital to home or other sites of care.
