Our surgery program has the perfect blend of strong clinical training and emphasis on resident education, all within a supportive culture. The complexity of pathology we encounter through training at a high-acuity, academic, quaternary referral, Level 1 trauma center gives me confidence that I’ll be prepared for any fellowship or to enter straight into practice. As an academic program I know there will be many opportunities to both receive and provide mentorship throughout residency. I feel beyond lucky to get to train alongside my partner while being a part of a cohort that truly feels like family.
