Karl D Hillenbrand, MD

Dr. Hillenbrand completed his medical education at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. After medical school, he completed an internship at the Navy Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA, and aviation medicine at the Navy Aeromedical Institute. He then completed his anesthesiology residency training at the University of Virginia. Following residency, Dr. Hillenbrand continued his training at Vanderbilt University by completing an adult cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship.
