Biography and Education

Biography

Dr. Fry is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Athletic Training and Clinical Nutrition. She recently joined the department after spending five years developing, directing and gaining accreditation for a new Master of Science and Dietetic Internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. She is currently working on research projects related to rehabilitation following ACL tear and reconstruction surgery. She has interest in rehabilitation nutrition, obesity, Type 2 diabetes, and precision medicine.
