Jad Ballout, MD

Jad is from Lebanon and lived there his whole life before moving to the US. He completed undergrad and medical school at the American University of Beirut, followed by a year of research in cardiology and electrophysiology. He then moved to Cleveland, OH for residency at the Cleveland Clinic. After residency, he did a year of advanced heart failure at the University of Kentucky, and subsequently stayed for his general cardiology fellowship. He is planning on continuing his training in electrophysiology. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, spending time with his fiancé, cat, and dog as well as going out to drink and eat with friends. He loves travel and is an amateur photographer/astrophotographer.
