Brendan Delaney is a partner at the law firm of Frank & Delaney Immigration Law, LLC, an immigration law firm based in Bethesda, MD. A native of Northern Ireland, he joined the firm in December 2000. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor at The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C., and became a partner in January 2009. He has been invited to speak at the Annual Meeting of the National Postdoctoral Association, and conducts legal seminars at several universities and institutions across the United States on visa issues for postdocs.
