From Dec. 8-10, 2023, the UK College of Medicine had the honor of hosting the SNMA Region X Medical Education Conference.
Put on by UK's Student National Medical Association (SNMA) chapter and Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, this conference highlighted the personal and professional growth of minorities in medicine with a focus on how medicine intersects with politics.
With keynote speakers from top universities, hands-on simulation displays, and interactive learning sessions, attendees walked away empowered for their career ahead.
