Subaward Review Checklist Resource Provided by OSPA

Whether your unit initiates its own subawards using the OSPA On-Line Subagreement Request System, or you work with your COM SRAS analyst to do so, OSPA has provided a checklist to assist in ensuring that complete information is submitted via this system.  Improvements to the on-line request form and the system itself are coming soon, which will provide more explanation details on the form, additional links for required attachment uploading, and the ability to request amendments through this system, which should expedite processing.  The COM SRAS staff, both GPSs and analysts, are meeting regularly with the subcontract administrators in OSPA to continue to explore opportunities to support improvements to the process for establishing subawards.
