NIH Provides Revised Application Guides for Applications with January Due Dates

NIH recently released revised application guides and supplemental instructions for applications with due dates on or between January 25, 2016 and May 24, 2016.  These applications will continue to use Forms C. The new guidelines cover the Phase I changes outlined previously in Notice NOT-OD-16-00.  The changes include topics of:

Rigor and Transparency
Vertebrate Animals
Definition of Children
Research Training

For applications due on or after May 25, 2016, NIH will release a completely new forms packet, Forms D in late March.
