eIAF 2.0 is Moving Forward

The College of Medicine (COM) has recently begun participating in the pilot of the new “version 2.0” eIAF form.  This new and improved eIAF form has been in development by the Office of Sponsored Projects Administration (OSPA) and the Enterprise Architecture Group (EAG).  It offers a number of enhanced features, including improved eIAF validation checks and a window for the upload of attachments directly into the eIAF form.   

SRAS began a few pilot testing activities at the end of 2016, and now is ramping up use of the pilot system for most eIAFs going forward.  While the certification process is essentially the same and is still located in myUK, under the Enterprise Services “Workflow” tab, the windows may appear visually different.  To help facilitate your eIAF certification, COM’s Sponsored Research Administrative Services (SRAS) has developed a set of instructions to assist you.  Click here to veiw the instructions.
