CHET Hosts Community-Engaged Research 101

Over 20 community members and trainees came together for an evening of interactive learning on Community-Engaged Research. Led by CHET Director Nancy Schoenberg, PhD, CHET Core Faculty member Lovoria Williams, PhD, RN, FAAN and CHET Associate Director for Research and Community Engagement Lauren Whitehurst, PhD the session covered key topics such as how research can address health disparities, approaches to community-engaged research, and community capacity building.
