Congratulations to CHET Associate Director Carrie Oser, PhD, one of five College of Medicine faculty members selected to participate in the 2025-2026 UK Chairs Academy. The academy is the University of Kentucky’s homegrown leadership development program that guides faculty in considering leadership career paths and develops academic directors and prospective chairs.
“I have benefited from participation in the Chair’s Academy. It is a wonderful leadership development program that has further developed my academic leadership skillset as well as provided a forum to connect with administrators across UK’s campus,” Dr. Oser said.
The semester-long Academy features six 2-hour workshop sessions and covers the spectrum of issues confronting front-line administrators at UK. Upon completion of the program Dr. Oser, who is also a professor and vice chair in the department of behavioral science, will join the ranks of 117 fellow alumni across campus
