ACC 2019

Mar 19, 2019 - The American College of Cardiology 68th Annual Scientific Meeting was held in New Orleans this year. Our fellows had 8 poster presentations. We had a grand time seeing old friends, and newly matched fellow. The UK fellows, faculty and staff gathered at Emeril's Delmonico for a wonderful dinner.

Interventional fellow Bennet George (UK cards fellow 2018) presents his poster which won Best Poster Award. His second ACC Best Poster Award during fellowship.

3rd year general cardiology fellow Suartcha Prueksaritanond presents her work on post-MI care, which resulted in a publication in JACC Cardiovascular Interventions.

New fellow (just matched) Trey Whiteside, former fellow Andrew Burchett (2017), and current fellow Dustin Hillerson (2020) meets up with Program Director Dr. Vincent Sorrell at the poster session.
