- Faculty from all UK colleges are eligible to apply for IRC pilot funding.
2018 IRC Networking Event
Monday, April 16th – Boone Center 3-7 pm
For COM faculty interested in participating, please send an email to medicineresearch@uky.edu
- 3:15 pm Presentation by 3 invited faculty (5 min each)
- 3:30 pm Breakout networking groups (40 min)
- 4:10 pm Reconvene/review ideas for potential collaborations (30 min)
- 4:40 pm Breakout with different networking groups (40 min)
- 5:20 pm Reconvene/review ideas for potential collaborations (30 min)
- 5:50 pm Libations and continued networking
2018 IRC Pilot Application Process
- Pilot proposals due May 29, 2018
- 2 page research plan
- 1 page bio for each investigator
- 1 page budget/justification
- Proposal solicitation (email) will be broader than those attending the IRC network event
- Networking event participation is not required for pilot proposal submission
- Proposal review will be conducted by ADRs/Department Chairs of participating colleges
- Pilot funding available July 2018
