The Center for Health, Engagement, and Transformation (CHET) invites you to an inspiring event, "Imagine Doing Better with Dr. Paul Fleming: Building a Future where all People Thrive." Drawing on his groundbreaking book, Imagine Doing Better: Why Policies Backfire and How Prevention Thinking Can Change Everything, Dr. Fleming explores how deeply rooted assumptions often lead to harm and unintended consequences, and how prevention thinking offers a powerful path forward. Through rigorous research, historical insight, and compelling storytelling, Dr. Fleming will challenge audiences to rethink the systems and policies that shape our daily lives.
This hybrid event will take place Feb. 24, 2026 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in 150 Healthy Kentucky Research Building on the University of Kentucky campus, and via Zoom. Lunch will be provided to the first 70 in-person registrants. A Zoom link will be provided prior to the event for virtual attendees.
