• Describe best practices for creating clear, accurate, and concise clinical notes that reflect clinical reasoning.
• Explain the impact of medical documentation on billing, coding, and medicolegal risk.
• Evaluate the benefits and limitations of artificial intelligence in clinical documentation, including its impact on efficiency, accuracy, and patient care.
