Why did you choose the University of Kentucky?
I chose the University of Kentucky because I'm excited by the tremendous volume and breath of operative experience offered, which will shape me into a well-prepared, skilled, and confident surgeon regardless of the career path I choose to pursue after training. I have loved the culture of this program, getting to serve the people of my home state, and do it all while living in a city like Lexington.
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy almost anything that gets me outside - running, hiking, biking, tennis, skiing, fly fishing, and even just walking my dog. I also love spending time with my wife and friends, usually over a meal at one of Lexington's numerous great restaurants.
