In celebration of January being National Mentorship Month, the Office of Community Advancement will host a hybrid lunch and learn event titled "Mentorship in Action", featuring a conversation with Darwin Conwell, MD, professor and the Jack M. Gill Endowed Chair in Internal Medicine, and one of his mentees, Kshitij Thakur, MD, a gastroenterological fellow in internal medicine. 

This conversation will explore different types of mentorships and their applications in the workplace.  Additionally, Drs. Conwell and Thakur will speak about their mentor/mentee relationship, as highlighted in this recent article: "Leading by example: A chair's approach to mentorship" 
 

Lunch will be provided for registered attendees in person. You may also access the event via Zoom.
