UK Research has just launched a new online limited submissions portal at Limited Submissions Opportunities on the Proposal Development Office website.

Because many sponsors limit the number of applications from one institution, the Office of the Vice President for Research coordinates internal competitions to designate an applicant. The new system streamlines the processes for dissemination, application, and review of internal applications coordinated by UK Research. Investigators may view open competitions and then apply directly through the secure portal using their LinkBlue credentials. The system also supports reviewer access and critiques. In response to user requests, a new feature allows researchers to self-identify as collaborators for a given opportunity. Watch for email alerts of new opportunities posted to the portal!
