Faculty Coaching Program

Executive coaching is a formal, goal-oriented process where a trained coach collaborates one-on-one with a faculty member to enhance specific skills, address performance challenges, and achieve professional goals.

Faculty Mentoring Program

Mentoring is a semi-formal, long-term relationship where an experienced faculty member (mentor) provides guidance to a less experienced colleague (mentee) on broader career development, academia navigation, network building, and general career progression.

Promotion and Tenure

One of the key elements in our faculty development process is compulsory participation by our Assistant Professors in a Career Development Committee (CDC).
