Academic Enhancement Resources offer a wide variety of online and in-person tips, tools, and suggestions: Active Listening in the Classroom; Choosing a Major and Career; Improving Concentration; Improving Your Vocabulary; Learning to Relax; Managing Stress; Overcoming Perfectionism. Note: Many online resources are available to anyone.
TRAC
The Trainees in Research Advisory Committee is charged with the mission of supporting the efforts of all trainees in the College of Medicine as well as advising the Dean concerning issues related to the trainees. This committee is comprised of current students, postdocs, faculty, and administrative staff who are involved in the day-to-day interactions with the trainee community within the College.
Incident Reporting and Feedback
To maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment and culture, the Office of Biomedical Education encourages all learners to report any concerns or incidents that might detract from its mission. These concerns may range from a lack of professionalism or curriculum concern to reports of mistreatment. Please click on the link to report any observed incidents about UK College of Medicine faculty, staff, or students. The more detail provided, the more likely College of Medicine leadership will be able to reach an appropriate resolution. Every effort will be made to preserve the anonymity of the person reporting. College of Medicine leadership will not disclose any identifiable information unless the student gives explicit permission to do so.
