Biography and Education
Biography
Dr. Fragneto completed her medical education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. After medical school, she completed her general surgery residency at SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse and then completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Following her residencies, Dr. Fragneto continued her training at Brigham & Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School, by completing an obstetric anesthesia fellowship.
