Why did you choose the University of Kentucky?
I chose UK because the faculty seemed very genuine and supportive of residents. I also wanted to be in a residency where residents seemed to like each other and work together instead of competing with each other.
What are your hobbies?
Photography, reading and baking.
I am originally from a small town called Mosses which is in "Sweet Home" Alabama. Before medical school, I was an English as a Second Language Teacher and Math and Science Instructional Coach for Birmingham City Schools. My Pathology interests include Microbiology, Forensic Pathology and Pathology Informatics.
